TACTICAL OPERATIONS (Ninth Air Force): Weather prevents all operations
except a few fighter patrols and reconnaissance flights. In France, the
353d and 356th Fighter Squadrons, 354th Fighter Group, based at Orconte,
begin operating from St Dizier with P-47s.
